Customer Service: John O'Connor John O'Connor is an accomplished marine technician with excellent customer service skills. Prior to joining South Wharf as supervisor of customer service John was the Operations Manager for a large New England Yacht Dealership. John also has over 12 years experience working hands on with motor and sail yachts, and tall ships ranging from 30' to 300' including diesel engines, marine electronics, electrical systems, marine plumbing, air and heating systems as well as rigging. John's accomplishments include working on several boats that have won the America's Cup, Admirals Cup and the Maxi Worlds. As with the rest of our team, John's certifications are numerious and include HAZMAT, storm water pollution control and OSHA training. This varied and extensive background makes John uniquely qualified to represent our team's capabilities to our customers in customer service.
